Mother Chiquita N. Turner of Memphis, TN was elevated and appointed the Jurisdictional Supervisor of Democratic of Republic of Congo First   Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, Department of Women of the Church of God in Christ by Bishop Hichika Ghilain in April 2023. She is now humbly serving and leading DRC 1ST Women’s Department with the leading of the Holy Ghost with vision, purpose, and with the love of Jesus Christ.

From February 2013 to 2021, Mother Chiquita N. Turner faithfully served as the Administrative Assistant in the COGIC World Missions office. Her service on the International level elevated her to serve as Executive Administrative Assistant to the World Missions President, Bishop Vincent E. Mathews Jr. and Office Manager from 2022 to present. She has served faithfully with her husband in ministry since February 15, 2013 when they started their local church Transforming Lives Church, before starting a ministry they served together as Missions Coordinators at Greater Community Temple COGIC, under the leadership of Bishop Brandon B. Porter. Mother Turner is known for her exemplary leadership and organizational skills. 

As an innovative passionate leader, Mother Turner is passionate about local and foreign Missions and is committed to the Great commandment and Great Commission. She has served the local domestic Women’s shelters for over 15 years and has coordinated many Community Outreaches serving needed families and individual in Memphis, TN.  As Jurisdictional Supervisor, she has implemented the following projects and ministries. GEMS (Program for young Adults & Girls) Congo la Couture Circle (Sewing Circle), Livestock Project, Women small groups Bible Study, Orphanage Project, Life Library Project, Executive Hospitality, Education & Scholarships, and Mentorships for girls and many more bands, units, and circles will be implement in the future.  Mother Chiquita N. Turner, is also the founder and CEO of Bella Hands INC. (Non-profit Organization) the founder of the Titus 2 Women’s Ministry and the Titus 2 Pastor Wives Circle, the Director of Women at TLC her local church, the Director of Young Women of Excellence. Mother Chiquita N. Turner, is married to Pastor Anthony D. Turner and has five children Anthony (AJ) Chiquirra, Diajah, Micaia, and Jonathan and three grandchildren.
